Accounting and Bookkeeping for Practices
Books that reconcile to your remittances, so you can see what the practice actually earned.
What you get
Bookkeeping, payroll support, monthly financial statements, and reconciliation between what your billing system says you collected and what actually landed in the account.
That reconciliation is the part general bookkeepers skip, because it needs someone who can read an ERA. It is also where contractual underpayments surface. A payer quietly paying below your contracted rate produces no denial and no alert. It just looks like a slightly smaller deposit, month after month, until somebody compares the remittance against the contract.
The reports are built around the questions practice owners actually ask: what each payer is really paying, what each provider is producing, and how much of what you billed you ended up keeping.
Common questions
Do we still need our CPA?
Yes. We keep the books clean and the reconciliations current; your CPA handles tax strategy and filing. They will have a much easier year when the books arrive already reconciled.
Can you work with our existing accounting software?
Generally yes. Tell us what you are on during the first call. We would rather work in your system than migrate you as a condition of starting.
What if our books are behind?
Catch-up work is common and it is priced separately from the monthly service, because it is a different job. Tell us how far behind and we will scope it honestly.
See what your claims are leaving behind
Send us a month of remittance data and we will tell you what it says: which codes are being denied, how much of it is recoverable, and how long your money is sitting in A/R. It takes about a week and there is nothing to sign.
